What is Atome?
Atome is a “buy now, pay later” mobile app that splits your bill into three equal payments over three months. The mobile app is free to download and free to use for consumers: Atome charges zero interest and zero service fees. After downloading our mobile app and setting up your account, scan an Atome QR code to pay if you’re at a shop or choose Atome as a payment option when you’re on a merchant’s website.You pay 1/3 of the total bill on the spot. The second payment will be due 30 days later, and the third, the following month.
Where can I use Atome?
Use Atome to pay anywhere you see the Atome QR code or visit our merchant store directory on our website or mobile app. You may also see Atome listed as a payment option at a merchant’s website.

I don’t live in Thailand, does it mean I can’t use Atome?
You can use Atome to pay as long as you link a Thailand-issued credit or debit card to your Atome mobile app when setting up your account. The purchase also has to be in THB currency.
Am I eligible to use the Atome service?
To use the service, you must:

- Currently reside in Thailand
- Have a mobile phone number registered under your THID with your telco
- Use a Thailand credit or debit card to make the purchase.

What if I didn't select my "Default" payment method during the transaction? Which payment method will be charged later on?
During your purchase, you will be able to opt for any saved payment method you prefer for your 1st payment to be charged to. However, subsequent deductions for your 2nd and 3rd payments will be charged to your "Default" payment method instead.
For example:
If you've opted to pay with "Credit Card (A)" during the point of purchase but "Credit Card (B)" has been tagged as your "Default" payment method, your 2nd and 3rd payments will be charged to "Credit Card (B)" instead.

Where can I find 'my vouchers'?
1. On the Atome mobile app, click on “Me” tab.
2. Look for “My vouchers”.
How do I use my vouchers?
1. Scan the Atome QR code or select “Atome” during checkout on a merchant’s website and you will be redirected to a payment page.
2. Click “Continue to pay” and then “Add promotions”.
3. Select your preferred voucher and click “Confirm payment”.
Where can I add a promo code for my order?
Click “Add promotions” in Atome app and enter the promo code before you confirm payment.
What are the terms and conditions for a voucher/promo code?
- Vouchers are valid only on the Atome mobile application. Promo codes are valid only on the Atome website and mobile application.
- Users must download the latest version of Atome mobile application in order to utilise the voucher/promo codes.
- Use of any voucher/promo code must be indicated at the time of payment, and all information required by Atome must be provided. No retroactive use of the voucher/promo code is permitted.
- Each transaction may only use one voucher or one promo code. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers/promo codes are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Vouchers/promo codes cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash. If an order is less than the value of the voucher/promo code, no refund or residual credit will be returned.
- Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher/promo codes (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those voucher/promo codes in addition to these terms.
- Atome may exclude individual brands from voucher/promo codes in accordance with our sales strategies.

Atome reserves the right to cancel or modify orders, or revoke the use of voucher/promo codes, where the vouchers/promo codes are used in the following circumstances:
- Suspicious or fraudulent use;
- Voucher/promo code abuse, including vouchers/promo codes redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and/or
- Vouchers/promo codes used in bad faith
- Resale, transfer and sharing of voucher/promo codes are strictly prohibited.
- Atome assumes no liability for the loss, theft or ineligibility of voucher/promo codes.
- Atome reserves the right to change these terms or cancel any promotions at any time without giving prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.
- Atome’s decision on all matters relating to promotions, discount, voucher/promo codes and other privileges is final and binding.
What is Atome's business model?
We charge the merchant a small fee for every transaction processed using Atome. This fee depends on the type of products or services the merchant sells. Generally speaking, the higher the cost of the product or service, the higher the fee. For consumers, Atome is totally free to use, as long as they do not miss paying their payments.
Can I make a refund? Where can I see my refund status?
It depends on each merchant’s return and refund policy. As long as the merchant agrees to the refund, we’ll immediately process your refund.
If you receive a full refund, any unpaid amount will be cancelled, and the amount already charged will be refunded. For example, if you’ve made your first repayment, we’ll cancel the two other payments and you’ll also get your first payment refunded.
Your Atome account will be updated to reflect the full or partial refund under the “Bills” tab.

Can repayment date be pushed back?
Under normal circumstances, no, but if you are facing technical difficulties or other problems that prevent you from paying on time, though, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can provide you with the support that you need.
It seems too good to be true, what’s the catch?
We know it’s hard to believe, but there really isn’t one. The only cost that you might incur (apart from the price of your purchase) is a penalty interest that never snowballs.
